The Story of Tiny Things by Bowen

Tiny Things by Bowen is the artwork and instruction
of Tulsa-based multimedia artist, Sarah Bowen.

Sarah Bowen as been active in the Tulsa art community for over 12 years, and started her polymer clay business in the spring of 2014 at the Blue Dome Arts Festival. What was once a summer side hustle creating gnome figurines and miniature food jewelry has transformed over the course of six years. In the summer of 2017 Sarah began offering workshops, classes, and parties to spread the love of polymer clay crafting around Tulsa; the positive reception (and joy it brought her) lead Sarah to leave her job as an Educational Sign Language Interpreter and take Tiny Things by Bowen full time. Sarah’s teaching practice and art are driven by a passion for inspiring creativity in others- especially those who don’t see themselves as artists, and having a background in education enables her to be an effective teacher for children and adults alike.
